High Tide.

Marea Alta means 'High Tide' which is fitting as this property is right on a pristine beach! You'll love the proximity to town (walkable via the beach or through town or a short cab ride) while having the private feeling of the quiet neighborhood in which this villa is located. The charm begins as you enter this five bedroom, 6,000 square foot oceanfront villa and only ends upon your departure.  Mexican artwork and décor has been collected over the years to give the property a rustic yet polished feel. Three master bedrooms have a king size bed and ensuite bathrooms and are one level below the main living room, dining room, kitchen area. Two more bedrooms are one additional level down, one with a king size bed, one with a double size bed.

The staff are absolutely top notch and will truly treat you like royalty. The chef prepares two meals a day, the maids clean daily, the houseman takes care of everything you could possibly need while gardener keeps the place looking it's best.

If your group is too big for this property, Marea Baja (Low Tide) can be rented out in addition to provide three more bedrooms. Please inquire for additional information.

"Marea Alta was amazing. I loved how the pool was set up right next to the dining room. It made us feel like we were eating right on the water. The amount of space was perfect for our group of seven people. There is also a walkway where you can walk directly to the beach straight from the villa which gave it a private atmosphere. “I arrived on a Tuesday with three other friends. Jesus, the caretaker of the house, greeted us warmly and remained at service the entire time. If we had a question or need, he was fully capable of providing a solution. The supporting staff, the cooks, maid, and watchman at night were also very splendid.
