Plazamar is a privately owned and operated 33 unit condo complex located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. It is located just a couple of steps from the beach, a minutes walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and galleries, and located right on a gorgeous park plaza. The building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. The building has been recently renovated and includes a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and laundry. The views from above are sure to take your breath away!

This unit is located on the 3rd floor and is a two bedroom two bathroom unit perfect for a family looking to be in the best location in town. Rooms are set up suite style to give each group their own privacy. The front room has a king size bed, and the back bedroom has two double beds. The unit comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including items to prepare meals at home, as well as towels and linens, purified water, and maid service is three times a week. You'll spend hours on the balcony with a gentle breeze enjoying the sights and sounds of Vallarta.

The area that surrounds this condo is a true treasure of Mexico, nestled below the jungle hillsides with its cobblestone streets, picturesque beaches, and phenomenal views. As the city has grown, it has maintained its friendly personality and rustic feel, and you will always feel safe and welcomed.

"Five stars! I was very impressed right from the arrival. Nice building that is well maintained. Traditional style and the unit has that too. Simple check-in. Friendly front desk workers. No problems during our stay. We spent hours on the roof at the pool and on the big balcony with an ocean view. You can’t get closer to the beach. Wifi fast and stable too.
