Low Tide.

This beachfront villa’s name, Marea Baja means 'Low Tide' and you truly are as close to the water as you can get. You'll love the proximity to town which is about a mile and a half (walkable via the beach or through town or a short cab ride) while having the private feeling of the quiet neighborhood in which this villa is located. The romantic indoor-outdoor style of this villa is carried out through it’s four bedrooms. The decor includes traditional folk art, exquisite antiques and traditional hand woven textiles. There are three master bedrooms which have a king size bed and ensuite bathrooms and one newly added bedroom on the lower level with two single beds. The property hosts a private dipping pool that is 12.5 feet wide x 24 feet long and approximately 4 feet deep.

The staff are very professional and caring individuals. The chef prepares two meals a day except for Sundays, the maids clean six days a week, and the houseman takes care of everything you could possibly need including making you cocktails by the pool and serving your meals.

This villa is a part of a two villa walled complex, which are both designed to be completely private and self contained, just sharing a common elevator down to the lower level for beach access for Marea Alta and to the. main entrance of Marea Baja. If your group is too big for this property, Marea Alta (High Tide) can be rented out in addition to provide 4 or 5 more bedrooms. Please inquire for additional information.
