Villa Tita sits on approximately 30,000 square feet of land and has plenty of living space. With a large heated pool with complete sun filled terrace and poolside bar, and your own private tennis court, you'll enjoy this tranquil oasis and may never leave! Villa Tita has a lovely mix of traditional Mexican details yet in a updated and contemporary design. The views of Banderas Bay and the town are sure to delight. The main house has two levels with five bedrooms and a private casita hosts the 6th bedroom and can be rented in addition.
You enter through an iron gate and will happen upon the casita first, from there, you'll head down the steps to a private courtyard and outdoor living area, kitchen, living/dining room areas, as well as the office. There are two bedrooms on the main level with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. One level below are the other three bedrooms, again with king size beds and their own bathrooms. The pool terrace area and cabana bar are just one level below that, and all the way down is the tennis court.
It is a fun family friendly rental with a staff of four including a chef who will prepare two meals a day, six days a week, a housekeeper who cleans daily, a gardener to take care of the extensive gardens as well as the pool area and tennis courts as well as a houseman who will act as your bartender, server, and pretty much everything else! You are a few blocks walk from the beach and the Old Town area. Beach is accessed by private stairs to Santa Barbara street and two blocks to Los Muertos Beach.
